Model 2600

Grinder Blower

The Exceed 2600 Grinder-Blower is a user-designed machine, “Built to Exceed your Expectations” with its heavy-duty design and high efficiency output in all horsepower applications up to 300 HP. It uses a 26" hammermill and a 42" blower to grind feed and blow it directly into a silo, or attach an optional gooseneck to blow feed into a bunk or feed bay.

Manual

Mill Drive System

The mill is driven by eight industrial cogged belts, designed for efficiently using high or low horsepower. The heavy duty springed tensioner ensures constant tension without having to constantly adjust for weather or wear.

Hammermill

The 26" hammermill moves feed through quickly. Easily change screens for your preference of particle size.

Leveling System

Each wheel is mounted on a pivoting axle attached to a cylinder. Adjust each side individually to level your machine on uneven ground or match your tractor drawbar.

Intake Auger

The protective grate is made of round bars, minimizing feed splatter. Two hydraulic hoses from your tractor drive the variable speed motor, with a easy to use speed control and shut off on the auger.

Gooseneck Option

The gooseneck makes an easy way to blow feed into a bunk or feed bay. It can be rotated, or adjusted up and down to keep the feed pile away from the machine and tractor.

Intake Auger Lift

The intake auger height can be easily adjusted with a small hand pump. Rotate it to where it's needed and lock the brake to keep it from swinging away.
